An experienced and talented chef who is an expert in wild cooking. He recently completed a stage at the award winning Hiša Franko, Two Michelin starred Restaurant in Slovenia (also featured in Chef's Table) and at the Three Michelin starred L'Enclume in England run by renowned chef Simon Rogan.
William connects food, fire and nature with an ethos on supporting local businesses and suppliers, sourcing the finest organic and sustainable ingredients.
