Wild Kabn Kitchen members and guests staying with Kabn Company will be able to book intimate and unforgettable private dining experiences with Chef William Hamer on selected dates throughout the week (membership is complimentary with booking).


Private suppers will be a memorable culinary journey featuring 5+ courses of the finest organic and sustainable ingredients. 


Guests will meet Chef William Hamer on the shores of Loch Fyne and will be walked through the Estate gardens to a charming greenhouse which is draped in old growth vines and candle light offering a wonderful romantic experience. 


Chef William will discuss the mindset behind each course and how the fire has shaped the menu that evening. Guests will get a unique insight into William’s culinary philosophy and ethos whilst enjoying the rustic charm of our greenhouse. This is a memorable, authentic and unique experience.
