You will be able to book an intimate and unforgettable private dining experience with the Wild Kabn Kitchen team on selected dates throughout the week (membership is complimentary with booking).


Private suppers will be a memorable culinary journey featuring 5+ courses of the finest organic and sustainable ingredients.


Chef William will discuss the mindset behind each course and how the fire has shaped the menu that evening. Guests will get a unique insight into William’s culinary philosophy and ethos whilst enjoying the rustic charm of our greenhouse, found amongst the old woodland gardens of Ardkinglas Estate.


This is a memorable, authentic and unique experience.
